Darren holds two provisional patents for predicting employee culture fit and performance.
Rob co-founded Ariba, a provider of business to business e-commerce solutions that was one of the first B2B Internet companies to go public, and whose market capitalization reached $40 billion. He was also an early angel investor and board member of LinkedIn, the world's largest professional online network.
Genevieve Graves, PhD

Genevieve leads the Data Science, Engineering, R&D, and Product teams at hiQ. She holds a BA from Harvard and a PhD from UC Santa Cruz in Astrophysics and spent several years as a researcher at UC Berkeley and Princeton before joining hiQ Labs. She is passionate about the power of data to unlock human potential in the workplace: we all want to contribute where we can have the most impact!

A seasoned startup veteran, Darin recruited the first enterprise team at LinkedIn, growing from three to 15 people while growing revenue from $10 million to $40 million. Recently, he took HackerRank from nine to 70 employees while growing revenue tenfold in 12 months.
Dan is a serial entrepreneur whose accomplishments include co-founding audio/video streaming and compression company On2 Technologies in the 1990s, which went public with Miller as CEO, and was acquired by Google in 2010. On2's HTML5/webM video compression now powers Youtube, and is natively supported in Firefox, Opera, and Chrome browsers.
Vice President of Finance
Ben Patch is a seasoned finance and strategy executive with experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy and fundraising in both publicly held and venture-backed companies experiencing extremely rapid growth. Prior to hiQ, Ben was the Vice President of Finance at Adchemy, and Vice President of Finance at XOJET, helping scale the business to over $100 million in revenue in the three years from inception. He earned a MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Vice President of Sales, New Business & Strategic Partnerships
Peter leads the new business and strategic partnerships teams. Previously, Peter held several strategic roles at Monster.com, including Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales. At Community Connect, he served as Director of National Sales, where he developed and launched the diversity recruitment channel within the pioneering multicultural social networking sites BlackPlanet.com, MiGente.com and AsianAvenue.

Gary builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world’s hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M investment fund. Gary also currently hosts The #AskGaryVee Show, and is a prolific public speaker. He was named to both Fortune and Crain’s 40 under 40 lists in consecutive years, and has been profiled in the New York Times, Fortune, and Inc.

Neil brings more than 25 years of experience in Software, Hardware and Cloud Technologies to Sailthru where he leads the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision and daily operations. Before joining Sailthru, Neil served as President and CEO of Vendavo, a leading provider of revenue and price optimization and management solutions. Prior to joining Vendavo, Neil successfully directed Ariba’s North American field operations and, previously, European operations; preceded by 16 years at IBM, serving in a variety of sales and sales management roles in ecommerce solutions. Neil received a BS in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from SUNY Albany.

Jesse is responsible for growth strategy development and execution globally, including strategic planning and project management, new product platform and market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, strategic alliances, and corporate venturing. Jesse professionalized CEB’s corporate planning, new product development and M&A capabilities, and led over 20 acquisitions and venture investments across all of the firm’s major domains and geographies. His efforts transformed CEB’s global operating scale and positioned the company as a leading provider of human capital analytics. Previously, Jesse served in various roles in the Office of the Chairman & CEO, New Product Development & Management, and Strategic Research at CEB. Jesse received his BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Chris leads all Solutions aligned with McKinsey's Organization Practice, including the Organizational Health Index, OrgLab, and People Insights. He is passionate about using cutting-edge analytics to help clients improve their organizations' health and performance. Chris has had a long standing interest in the relationship between health and performance in an organization dating back to his days as a McKinsey Partner from 1987-1997 where he led the McKinsey team that co-wrote the book "Real Change Leaders: How You Can Build High Performance at Your Company." Before returning to McKinsey, Chris worked in private equity and has significant experience in hospitality and leisure services. He has published articles in Harvard Business Review and the McKinsey Quarterly about the role of the service sector in the economy, organizational change, and corporate finance. Chris earned his BA and MBA from Dartmouth College.
