hiQ’s Sales team is dedicated to changing the way companies look at their employees with predictive modeling technology that identifies high risk, low risk and no risk employee attrition. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of this technology. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your prospects as strong and successful as possible.


  • Inspire yourself, our company and your customers to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
  • Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Consistently over achieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan
  • Drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful
  • Work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team
  • Collaborative selling experience leveraging multiple resources including SME
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solution
  • Success closing net new accounts while working existing accounts
  • Passion for selling SaaS and emerging technologies
  • Proven history of overachieving quota and results in a large, high-growth company    

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS-based environment
  • Experience selling and existing relationships in the HCM space
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a sales professional
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business sales
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals
  • Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals
  • Ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell while leveraging partners within hiQ to effectively evangelize the solution

  • Outbound Prospecting Rep, and access to Inbound Qualifying Reps that will pass you leads
  • Dedicated subject matter expert support to communicate and manage data science 
  • Visionary leadership with years of tactical expertise to mentor and guide you through the big wins
  • Post-sales Customer Success teams designed to ensure customer delight once the deal is won
